Lunex4kTV

Privacy Policy

This page describes what Lunex4kTV collects, why, and what happens to it. It was written against the actual implementation of this website rather than from a template.

Who we are

Lunex4kTV operates the website at lunex4k.tv and provides IPTV subscription services. For any privacy question, write to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com.

What you give us

Three forms on this site collect information, and only what each one needs:

  • Subscription order: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your country, the plan and device count you chose, the countries whose channels you want, any notes you add, whether adult content should be enabled, whether this is a new line or a renewal, and — for a renewal only — the username of the line being extended.
  • Free trial: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your country, the device you intend to watch on, the countries whose channels you want, any notes, and the adult-content preference. The trial form does not ask about renewals and does not ask for an existing username.
  • Contact: your name, email address, a subject and your message.

Technical information collected with a form

When you submit one of those forms, the notification our team receives also carries standard technical context about the request. This is used to spot fraudulent or automated submissions and to help support answer device questions accurately. It is collected only at the moment you submit a form — not as you browse.

  • Your IP address, and which header it arrived in;
  • your browser and its version, the rendering engine, and the full User-Agent string;
  • your operating system and version, device type and, where the browser states it, the model;
  • the screen size, browser window size, pixel ratio, colour depth and touch-point count your browser reports;
  • your time zone, local time, language and accepted languages;
  • the page you submitted from, the referring page if your browser sent one, and whether cookies are enabled;
  • the date and time of the submission in UTC.

We do not use fingerprinting techniques. There is no canvas, audio or WebGL fingerprint, no font or plugin enumeration, no hardware probing and no cross-site identifier. Every one of the values above is either sent by your browser as part of an ordinary web request or read from a standard browser API, and a browser configured to report less simply reports less — the form still works.

Network checks on the submitting IP address

When a form is submitted, the IP address is checked against two public sources: a network classification lookup and the Tor Project's published list of exit nodes. The result stored in the notification is limited to simple verdicts — VPN, proxy, Tor, hosting or mobile network: yes, no or unknown — plus the approximate city, region, country, internet provider and network operator associated with the address. If either service is unavailable the answer is recorded as unknown; we do not guess. No account or API key is involved, and no personal data is sent to those services beyond the IP address itself.

How it is used and who sees it

Form submissions are emailed to our internal team so we can build your line and reply to you. Order and trial details are also summarised back to you in a confirmation email. The technical information described above appears only in the internal notification: it is never shown on the website, never returned by an interface on this site, and never included in the email you receive.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is not used for advertising, and we do not build a profile of you across visits.

Third parties

  • Google (Gmail SMTP) transports the emails described above.
  • Tawk.to provides the live chat widget. If you open a chat, your conversation is processed by Tawk.to under their own privacy policy.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) handles any conversation you start with the WhatsApp button.
  • ip-api.com and the Tor Project answer the network checks described above.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. It stores one value in your browser's local storage — your light or dark theme choice — so the site looks the same when you come back. That value never leaves your device. The Tawk.to chat widget sets its own cookies to keep a conversation open across pages; that is under their control and described in their policy.

How long it is kept

Form submissions live in our support mailbox for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. The website itself stores nothing: there is no customer database behind these forms, and the technical details are written into one email and then discarded.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com and we will respond. Because we hold very little, most of these requests are quick to answer.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The adult-content setting on our forms defaults to off, and it stays off unless you ask for it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
