Lunex4kTV

DMCA & Copyright Policy

Lunex4kTV respects intellectual property rights and responds to properly made copyright complaints. This page explains how to send one and what happens next.

Our position

Lunex4kTV is a service provider. We do not host, store, own, produce, upload or broadcast any of the media delivered through the service. Streams originate with third-party suppliers and broadcasters, and we hold no copyright interest in them. We do not operate the servers on which the underlying content is stored.

If you own the rights

If you believe material accessible through our service infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with the subject line DMCA Notice. So that we can act on it, please include:

  • your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed — for a catalogue of works, a representative list is sufficient;
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, such as the exact channel or title name;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

What we do

We review every properly made notice, normally within two business days. Where a complaint is valid and concerns material we are able to control, we remove access to it from our line-ups and pass the notice to the supplier responsible. Where the content is not within our control, we will tell you so and, where we can, point you toward the party who does control it.

Repeat infringement

We terminate supply arrangements with third-party suppliers who repeatedly provide infringing material, and we suspend customer lines used to record, redistribute or rebroadcast content in breach of our Terms of Service.

Counter-notice

If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice. Include your contact details, identify the material and where it appeared, and state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.

False claims

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can carry liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please be certain of your rights before sending one.
